Joan had a wonderful, fun time taping her 2nd episode of 'Happily Divorced' in Hollywood last night, in the episode Joan plays an icon who employs Peter (John Michael Higgins), Fran's gay ex-husband, after they both become involved in a car crash. You can see Joan's debut in the popular sitcom when it returns to TVLand on November 28th!. Here are some shots during last nights taping.

Joan had so much fun shooting her first episode of 'Happily Divorced' recently, so much so that she was delighted to sign up for two more episodes of the hilarious TV Land sitcom.. Joan tapes her second episode in studio on Friday 9th November, but here is a fabulous shot of Joan with Fran Drescher on location for exterior shots.. Watch this space for more updates!

TV UPDATE: JOAN'S HAPPILY A REGULAR GUEST!

Joan is back in LA at the moment to start rehearsals on her 2nd episode of 'Happily Divorced', which returns to TV  Land screens on November 28th.. Joan had such an enjoyable time taping the season premiere, that she has agreed to appear in two more episodes, the second of which is scheduled to tape on November 9th! Joan loves the character.. ''She's a strong, glamorous woman with a very good sense of humour, who is quite independent, quite rich and likes to get her own way!''.. In the season premiere, Joan's character becomes involved in a car accident with Peter (John Michael Higgins), she then employs him as her personal assistant.. When Fran first see's Joan, she mistakes her for her character of Alexis Colby!! Watch this space for updates!

HAPPILY DIVORCED FRAN.. BACK WITH JOAN AGAIN!

One of Joan's popular guest appearances in the 90's was her role as Maxwell's stepmother on the smash hit comedy series 'The Nanny' which starred Fran Drescher.. Now this fall Joan will reunite with Fran, as she makes a guest appearance on Fran's smash hit TV Land show 'Happily Divorced' which also stars John Michael Higgins, Robert Walden and Rita Moreno, with occasional appearances by Fran's 'Nanny co-star Renee Taylor.. Joan tapes her episode next month, in which she plays an icon, who is looking for an assistant, with Peter, (Fran's gay husband) getting the job and having to face two equally strong women!.. New episodes will screen from November 28th.. Watch this space!
