REMEDY JAM REVIEW: KYLIE MINOGUE, APHRODITE LIVE AT NYC’S HAMMERSTEIN BALLROOM, MAY 3RD

Heaven rained down on fans this special night. The 2nd of her 3 night stint at NYC’s Hammerstein, Kylie Minogue held nothing back, showering fans with love, hope, glitter confetti, elaborate costumes, career hits, most songs from her new album “Aphrodite,” and a couple special surprises.

The energy in the room was infectious before DJ Demarko’s opening set. Once Dynasty Legend Joan Collins took her seat on the side mezzanine box, in plain view for everyone to see, the excitement grew to the next level. Ms. Collins herself was taken back by the love and stood up to wave and throw kisses to the crowd of primarily gay men and their girlfriends. It was complete euphoria and Kylie hadn’t even appeared yet.
