As New York tries to recover from the events of the last 24 hours, delighted to report that Joan, who is currently in New York after her weekend in New Jersey, is safe and well. Taking refuge in her Manhattan apartment with Percy, both have power and heat.. Joan is keeping up to date with developments and is relaying updates to her followers on Twitter at @joancollinsobe ..
